The L.A.U.G.H.E.™ System is delivered as one complete system, never in parts.

This matters because trust is not built through separate topics or disconnected sessions. It grows through six trust-enabling behaviors working together: Listening, Affection, Unity, Giving, Honesty, and Empathy.

Every track includes the full system. What changes is the depth, the amount of reinforcement, the audience, and the level of challenge the team or organization is dealing with.

Essential Track

8 weeks
8 WORKSHOPS

The Essential Track introduces the full L.A.U.G.H.E.™ System in a clear and focused way. It helps participants build shared language, stronger awareness, and a solid base for trust-building in everyday work.

Best for: New teams, onboarding, department resets, and quick cultural alignment.

Expanded Track

12–16 weeks
12-16 WORKSHOPS

The Expanded Track gives teams more time to practice, reflect, and strengthen the six trust-enabling behaviors. With more repetition, participants are better able to hold these behaviors under pressure and use them more consistently in daily work.

Best for: Teams in transition, internal tension, restructuring, or situations where trust needs deeper work.

Immersive Journey

16–20+ weeks
14+ WORKSHOPS + 1-1 SESSIONS

The Immersive Journey is designed for senior leaders, executives, and managers who need stronger alignment at leadership level. It focuses on how trust-enabling behaviors affect decision-making, cross-functional alignment, leadership relationships, and the ability to lead through pressure, tension, and change.

Best for: Executive teams, leadership alignment, and post-merger leadership integration.

Culture Transformation Program

CUSTOM-DESIGNED COMPANY-WIDE ROLLOUT

The Culture Transformation Program is the broadest application of the L.A.U.G.H.E.™ System. It is designed for organizations that want to build trust across multiple teams, departments, or levels of the business. It can include interviews, DEI integration, stakeholder alignment, internal champions training, multi-cohort delivery, and ongoing advisory support.

Best for: Whole-company transformation, cross-department trust-building, and large-scale culture change.

What All Tracks Have in Common.

Every L.A.U.G.H.E.™ System track is built on the same methodology. All tracks develop the same six trust-enabling behaviors: Listening, Affection, Unity, Giving, Honesty, and Empathy.

All tracks also include:

  • Pulse Surveys, usually conducted at the beginning, middle, and end, to track how participants experience trust-enabling behaviors in daily work
  • In-workshop TTCL™ observation, to assess how consistently the team sustains trust-enabling behaviors under pressure
  • Experiential workshops, where trust is practiced, not just discussed
  • Reflection tools, to help participants carry the learning into everyday workplace reality

This keeps the L.A.U.G.H.E.™ System measurable, practical, and focused on behavior across all tracks.

Workshop Group Size & Larger Team Rollout

Each L.A.U.G.H.E.™ workshop is designed for up to 25 participants. This helps protect participation quality, psychological safety, and depth of interaction.

When a team or department is larger, participants are divided into parallel groups. Each group follows the same workshop structure and objectives. This allows larger teams to go through the full L.A.U.G.H.E.™ System without losing quality or consistency.

For larger departments or business units, workshops can run across multiple groups within the same period so that people move through the process in parallel and the organization keeps stronger alignment.
