L.A.U.G.H.E.™ Masterclass Booking Terms
These Booking Terms apply to registrations for the L.A.U.G.H.E.™ online masterclass, delivered by Maryam Rezaei, referred to below as "the Organizer."
1. Masterclass Registration
The L.A.U.G.H.E.™ Masterclass is a live, interactive online learning experience delivered via Zoom. Each session is limited to a maximum of nine participants. Registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been issued. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that they can access Zoom using a suitable device and internet connection.
2. Fees and Payment
The participation fee is displayed before registration and includes applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through the designated third-party registration and payment providers. Any applicable invoice or receipt will be issued in accordance with relevant tax regulations.
3. Cancellation by the Organizer
If the Organizer cancels a scheduled masterclass, registered participants will be offered:
- A full refund of the participation fee paid; or
- The option to transfer their booking to another available session, if they prefer.
Refunds will be initiated promptly through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable legal deadlines. If a session must be postponed, participants will be offered the revised date or a full refund. The Organizer does not require a minimum number of participants for a session to proceed.
4. Participant Cancellation and Rescheduling
If a participant is unable to attend their booked session, they may request one transfer to a future L.A.U.G.H.E.™ Masterclass, subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
- Transfers are subject to availability in a future session of the same masterclass.
- One transfer is permitted per original booking, without an additional transfer fee.
- The transfer should be used within 12 months of the original session date, provided an eligible session is offered during that period
If no eligible session is made available within that period, the Organizer will offer an appropriate alternative or refund. Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start, or failure to attend without notice, do not automatically qualify for a transfer. Outside any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, participant-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection law.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where a participant qualifies as a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies to their online purchase, that right may be exercised within the applicable legal period, generally 14 days from the conclusion of the service contract.
Participants may exercise this right by sending an unambiguous withdrawal request to [hello@laughesystem.com]. Where the participant expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period, the applicable legal provisions concerning services already performed will apply.Any legally required refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
6. Participation and Confidentiality
Participants are encouraged to contribute respectfully and to maintain the confidentiality of personal or workplace experiences shared by others. Participants should avoid disclosing confidential company information or identifying third parties without authorization.
The Organizer will not record participant discussions without providing advance notice and establishing an appropriate lawful basis. Participants are not permitted to record or redistribute the session without prior written authorization. Although respectful confidentiality is expected, the Organizer cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
7. Intellectual Property
All masterclass materials, videos, presentations, exercises and original L.A.U.G.H.E.™ content remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Registration grants participants access to the booked session for personal professional learning only. Materials may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, republished, commercially reused or incorporated into other training programmes without prior written permission.
8. Technical Difficulties
Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, device and access to Zoom. If a significant technical issue on the Organizer's side prevents delivery of the session, participants will be offered a replacement session or a refund. Individual technical difficulties will be considered case by case, without affecting applicable statutory rights.
9. Changes to the Masterclass
The Organizer may make reasonable adjustments to the session's content, format or delivery where necessary, provided these do not materially reduce the experience purchased. Material changes affecting the agreed service will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Greece, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts any non-waivable statutory rights.
